Today (30th June) is the last day for our early bird promotion for Movie Nite on 18 July & Annual Dinner on 9th August..

To be entitled for Early Bird prices, you will need to be a UMAA Malaysia member.

If you have not joined UMAA membership (which is only RM150 for a lifetime), this is the time to do so, as you'll get to save RM40 compared to paying non member's price for annual dinner and save RM8-RM10 for movie nite tickets.

UMAA Malaysia organised its first futsal match for all Uni of Melbourne graduates.

It was held at 3-4pm, at Sports Barn, Petaling Jaya.

The University of Melbourne Alumni Association of Malaysia (UMAAMY) will be organising a futsal social event at the end of this month.

Talented Uni of Melbourne Alumni..we need your assistance!

UMAA Malaysia is organising its Annual Dinner on 9th August 2008 at Royal Selangor Club.
We need former students to volunteer to perform at the dinner, especially if you were a former MUSIC faculty graduate or you have some special artistic/musical talent.

In return, you will get a free ticket to the Annual Dinner (that's a saving of at least RM68)

Pictures - Uni of Melbourne Malaysia Alumni Reception

Representatives of the University of Melbourne visited Malaysia during the May 24th-25th weekend.

During this visit, Mr Ian Renard, the Chancellor of Uni of Melbourne hosted an Alumni Reception at the Royal Selangor Center on Saturday 24th May.

Mr Hijjas Kasturi was the keynote speaker for the night. (u can read his keynote address here).
The events were attended by Uni of Melbourne graduates in Malaysia as well as representatives from Australia.
