How to sign up as UMAA lifetime member?

For those interested to sign up as UMAA lifetime member, the process is very simple.
1) Download the form here

2) Fill up the form via soft copy.

3) Deposit payment of RM150 (lifetime member fee) via:
Cheque / Direct bank-in to RHB Account:
Account name: Uni of Melbourne Alumni Association,
Account no: 2143 3436 000267

4) scan and email the deposit slip / receipt, together with your membership form to umaa.my@gmail.com.

** If you want to do the old fashion way, you can fax the deposit slip and member form to the Uni of Melb rep office at Menara Maxis. Their details as follows:
