NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010

Notice Is Hereby Given That The 16th Annual General Meeting of
PERSATUAN ALUMNI UNIVERSITI MELBOURNE SELANGOR DAN WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN (PAUMSKL)

will be held on Wednesday, 31st March 2010 at 7:30pm
at Poolside Meeting Room, Royal Lake Club, Lake Gardens, Kuala Lumpur, for the following purposes:

Agenda:

1) Address by the President
2) To confirm the minutes of the 15th Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2009.
3) To consider, and if approved, adopt the 2009 Annual Report of the Executive Committee.
4) To receive, and if approved, pass the Treasurer’s report and audited accounts as contained on the 2009 Annual Reports for the financial year ending 31st December 2009.
5) To appoint Honorary Auditors
6) To appoint co-opted sub-committee members
7) To transact any other business:
· Dialogue to appoint sub-committee to undertake review of the constitution and feasibility study of alumni nationalization.
