the 18th Annual General Meeting of

PERSATUAN ALUMNI UNIVERSITI MELBOURNE SELANGOR DAN KUALA LUMPUR

will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 4th April 2012

at Poolside Meeting Room, Royal Lake Club, Lake Gardens,

50490 KUALA LUMPUR,

for the following purposes:

AGENDA

1. Address by the President

2. To confirm the minutes of the 17th Annual General Meeting held on 30th March 2011.

3. To consider, and if approved, adopt the 2011 Annual Report of theExecutive
Committee.

4. To receive, and if approved, pass the Treasurer’s report and
audited accounts as contained in the 2011 Annual Reports for the financial
yearending 31st December 2011.

5. To appoint Honorary Auditors for 2012-2013

6. To transact any other business
