1. Address by the President

2. To confirm the minutes of the 16th Annual General Meeting held on 31st March 2010.

3. To consider, and if approved, adopt the 2010 Annual Report of the Executive Committee.

4. To receive, and if approved, pass the Treasurer’s report and audited accounts as contained in the 2010 Annual Reports for the financial year ending 31st December 2010.

5. To elect the Executive Committee for 2011-2013 Term

6. To appoint Honorary Auditors

7. To transact any other business
