Young Corporate Malaysian Mentors 2019 is back for its 5th year.
YCMentors is a 10-week mentorship program connecting young executives (0-5 years of working experience) with established professionals as their mentors.

YCMentors is a 10-week mentorship program connecting young executives (0-5 years of working experience) with established professionals as their mentors.
The previous 4 years have seen our mentees gain valuable insights and experience from their mentors. This year, YCMentors aims to foster deeper, more meaningful relationships between mentees and their mentors by incorporating close collaboration with our strategic partners as case study providers. Mentees will work on cases aimed at supporting the development of their chosen skill while leveraging on their access to a mentor for guidance.
Our pool of mentors come from diverse backgrounds as varied as advisory, sales and customer services, marketing and advertising, business strategy, financial services and E-commerce. They will act as reference points and resource tools to facilitate the development of the mentees’ chosen skill.
Pre Kick Off
YCM will be hosting a Speed Mentoring session, to be held on 4th May, as part of the process of matching mentees and mentors. Successful applicants will be expected to initiate and build rapport with their respective mentors throughout the duration of the program ie from May-July 2019.
